Clyde House is a fusion of a beautifully restored Classic Queenslander with a touch of contemporary.
Understated elegance exudes throughout this residence and meticulous attention to detail to a retain the character of the home was crutial to complement this home. The existing stunning ornate lofty ceilings, and original grand archways, the understated elegance of the selected light fittings 'Clyde House' encapsulates effortless luxury.
The originial kitchen which was so much smaller so it was redesigned to opened to provide a connection with the exterior balcony and an additional space provided a new butlers pantry. We removed walls to connect the dining and lounge providing a light colour colour palette to add lightness which was once dark timber details.
This development by HG Homes I worked with the builder and his skilled team of carpenters that paid attention to every detail retaining and replicating the ornated fretwork, skirting, architraves and doors. The ornate ceilings and cornices were also a feature throughout the home which were beautifully complement with a gracious warm white colour palette.
